MEGERO is developing an online software-guidance product that helps people and small businesses evaluate AI tools based on three practical inputs: workflow, usage frequency, and budget.
The goal is to make software decisions clearer. Instead of collecting overlapping subscriptions, users should be able to understand which tools fit their actual work and which ones may be unnecessary.
The problem we focus on
The AI software market is expanding quickly. Many products overlap in writing, research, automation, coding, design, and productivity. That can make comparison difficult and can lead to paying for multiple tools that solve similar problems.
Our approach
- Workflow first: start with the work the user needs to accomplish.
- Usage matters: daily users and occasional users should not receive the same recommendation.
- Budget matters: recommendations should reflect what the user actually wants to spend.
- Clarity over quantity: a focused stack can be more useful than a larger collection of subscriptions.
